In 1968, an enterprising couple – Roland Verfaillie and Nera Bauwens – embarked upon an adventure in the electronics sector, transforming the living room of their row house in Waardamme, Belgium, into a miniature showroom full of televisions, radios and small household electronics.

Two generations later, Verfaillie-Bauwens is preparing to celebrate a memorable anniversary: 50 years of commitment to electronics and to their customers! Undeniably, this is the best possible time to look back over a successful history and embrace an optimistic future. Verfaillie-Bauwens and comma have worked together for many years. This time, we set out a detailed plan to ensure that this celebratory year will set the spotlight squarely on the company, illuminating it 360°.


As careful strategists, we are not revealing everything just yet.
